Odeya is a proposed evidence-native scientific operating system: replaceable model intelligence may submit typed proposals, while a deterministic kernel owns authority, evidence custody, legal state transitions, and claim eligibility. The architecture exists; the engine does not, and the page that presents it says so before it says anything else.

What the live surface shows

  • The kernel boundary

    Authority is structural, not learned. A deterministic kernel owns evidence custody, legal state transitions, and claim eligibility; model intelligence is replaceable and may only submit typed proposals into that boundary. Independent verification and pure adjudication remain separate concerns, and neither is delegated to anything that learns.

  • Gate A

    The first admission gate for the engine is not accepted, and the fixture renders that refusal rather than softening it. Missing and unmeasured are never rendered as a result — an unbuilt engine is presented as exactly that.

  • The instruments that inform it

    Sentinel, Telos, and Inbar are independent source projects whose disciplines — runtime assurance, completion verification, and causal mission assurance — inform Odeya's requirements. They are not completed Odeya missions, and none of their evidence transfers to Odeya by association.

  • The public fixture

    The one-screen instrument at the live surface is a frozen architecture drawing a reader can walk: propose, prove, and ledger views over the same kernel. It is deliberately excluded from search indexes until an engine exists — a status surface earns visibility as an account of intent, not by impersonating a product.
